Pediatric Sports Injuries
As the popularity of youth sports grows, so does the number of sports-related injuries.
Many teens now play sports year-round, without breaks and often on multiple teams, and doctors say this can wear down young bodies and leave them susceptible to injury.

Another study found baseball elbow injuries dropped when pitchers followed throwing guidelines, including limits on throws per game, adequate rest between games and most importantly never throwing when in pain.
