The Environmental Protection Division is allowing the city of Gray to move forward with its plans for a new sewer treatment center. The growing city has more sewage than it can handle, and with the EPDs approval, the city can now start meeting with engineers to create a design for the new treatment plant.

The EPD threatened to cite the city of Gray if it did not work toward handling it's sewage problem.
